Sir Jim Ratcliffe is too late to sign Manchester United’s perfect Rasmus Hojlund alternative

It may seem a little odd to those outside looking in that Manchester United will attempt to acquire another striker this summer, given the big-money acquisition of Rasmus Hojlund last summer. In August of last year, United paid an initial sum of £64 million to acquire Hojlund for Old Trafford. With 13 goals in all competitions so far, his first season in England is looking good.

However, his absence has left a gaping hole at the top of the pitch for United. Because Anthony Martial hasn’t been able to play since January due to surgery for a groyne injury, Erik ten Hag has had to substitute Hojlund for his forward line.
